Welcome to the TAG Makeover Blog. In early October, 2011 we were hired by a former client to take on a project that will showcase many of the services that The Anything Guys provide. The client had assumed responsibility for a 35 year old property in Barrhaven due to the ailing health of her father who was no longer capable of living in the family home. Because the property had fallen into disrepair over the years it had fallen well below market value for the area. TAG has been hired to work with the client’s budget to maximize the return on investment in renovations. Follow the progress of this job over the next few weeks as we work towards a big improvement in value and a targeted completion date for occupancy by new tenants of November 1st. Sounds aggressive?
